More Senior Portraits
I made the mistake a double booking a senior portrait session earlier this week...it could have turned into a disaster, but luckily the two girls were very cool and more than willing to go together. It worked out so well that I might add a "Go with a Friend" option for next year's seniors.

We ended up a Chatfinch Island in Guilford. I am still amazed that I have lived in this area all my life and this year's senior keep taking me to beautiful places that I never knew about. I will definitely be going back to Chatfinch Island...it was absolutely gorgeous.

Anyway...here are a few of my favorites. Sorry it took so long girls!!

Family Portraits at the Beach in Branford CT
I was contacted by a family vactioning on the beach in Branford to do some portraits before they headed back to New York. It was a great time and all six kids were unbelievably cooperative...here are some of my favorites from the photo shoot.

Wedding at Seaman's Inn in Mystic
Ken and Lynnea got married at the Seaman's Inn in Mystic CT...I had been looking forward to this wedding all season. Mystic Seaport is so gorgeous...even better when you add in that we got a great day.

I will post more pictures of this wedding later, but here are a few of my favorites.

CT Senior Portraits #2
Here are a few more favorite images from my recent senior photo sessions...the first photo is of Leah and we found some great light down on the old abandoned railroad tracks. The second photo is of Jordan and I knew the minute I took this photo that it would be one of my favorites.

Thanks to both for letting me post these images.

Engagement Photos at Lighthouse
Here are few shot from my last engagement session at Lighthouse Park in New Haven...Mike and Kristen are getting married at Laurel View in August. We spent a good portion of the time taking photos with their son Christopher...he didn't like getting his picture taken too much, but once I put on a long lens and took them from afar we ended up with some pretty good stuff.

Senior Portraits - CT
I have spent the last couple of weeks working on Senior Portraits for Branford and Guilford High School. For the first time this year, I allowed the senior to choose where they would like to go for their photos...What a Difference!!

Not only have I found some great photo spots in Branford and Guilford, but I have had so much more fun doing these photo shoots this year.

Here are a few of my favorites from the first two weeks...hopefully there will be many more as the summer goes along.

Thanks to the senior below for allowing me to post their photos...you were great to work with. Go ahead and use these on Facebook if you would like.

Sarah and Dave Wedding
Here is the first of 12 wedding for the 2008 season.

Sarah and Dave were about as lucky as you could get...the weatherman was calling for heavy storm warnings and a possible tornado warning in parts of CT, but we managed to get through the entire ceremony and all of the photos before the rain started during the last half of the reception.

They were great to work with..no one ever stressed about the weather...except Dave a little (ha ha), because his Mustang had never been out in the rain. He actually made a special cover for it just in case...luckily he never had to use it.

Here are a few of my favorites from the wedding.

Misc Photos
While driving around town, I will often stop and snap a few photos if I see something interesting...unfortunately, I rarely do anything with these photos.

Here are a few I found in a folder while cleaning up the folders on my desktop.

The first was from a fire that happened in Branford a couple of weeks ago and the other are from a stop at the Supply Pond in Branford.
